Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if the item you ordered isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please review the return process below to ensure everything goes smoothly:

  1. How to Return an Item:

    • If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us properly stamped to:

    • Make sure to clearly state your order number and shipping address in the return package.

    • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.

  2. Refunds and Confirmation:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will confirm receipt via email.

    • We will process your refund within 30 working days after the return is received. Refunds will only be made to the original payment account used during the purchase.

  3. Conditions for Returns:

    • We only accept undamaged and unused items.

    • Return requests made later than 14 days after receiving your order cannot be accepted.

    • Returns that are unstamped or not pre-notified (via email or WhatsApp) will not be accepted.

  4. Incorrect or Missing Items:

    • You are required to check whether the items delivered to you match your order. If something is incorrect or missing, please notify VAN DAM via email or WhatsApp within 8 days.

    • If your order doesn’t meet the requirements, we will either replace the item or refund your payment, provided there is a valid reason for not accepting the item.

    • If an item is missing from your order, you must also report this within 8 days. We will send the missing item or refund the payment for it.

    • In some cases, we may request photos or other evidence to support your claim.

  5. Incorrect Item Received:

    • In the rare case that you receive an item that does not meet the order (e.g., wrong size, color, or damaged), VAN DAM reserves the right to either replace the item with a new one or refund your payment.

    • If we are at fault, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

  6. Return Shipping:

    • When returning an item, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    • Returns that are not sent back according to our procedure will not be accepted.

  7. Rejected Packages:

    • If you reject a package at the door without prior consultation, we will treat it as a return and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as VAN DAM will incur charges for the return.
